Their app sometimes freezes. My 1st landlord had a hard time taking me off so it kept telling me that my rent is due even though I wasn't living there anymore.

It's not user friendly so I understand why he had a hard time and it was an inconvenience to me.

After living with my 2nd landlord, I couldn't write her a review and I thought it was important for people to know certain things about her. It's just a really badly made app

Psychotic girlfriend nurse probably on drugs yells while on a speaker from her boyfriend phone at the homeowner without even listening because her boyfriend did not tell her in the morning that he is driving to the property where it is a shared bathroom in fact as per agreement
And what Furnished Finder do? Collects homeowner money removes the listing after its alive only 2 months and does not even bother to notify homeowner that listing was removed due to believing some yelling psycho on the phone ! What a great customer service

To stop my subscription/renter yearly $

In 2 years I didnt get one renter. It was a waste of my money.

Very disappointed. You should have availability instead of updating every week. Or unavailable until status has changed. Not every time!

The website should be easier to use. There should be a different website for short rentals.

I am the owner of my property. When I went back to verify it wouldn't go through so they said that they could do nothing to fix it.

They were not helpful at all. What a joke. I would not recommend. The people on the phone do not know what is going on.

The worst customer service. Do not recommend.

I have been trying to get in touch with a few owners of properties I have found on the website with no luck to answering back to phone calls, texts or emails. I even sent out an inquiry to properties. Still no return message or answers. Very frustrating
